Create or open your private profile. Existing connection users can reach that profile in GPT with the same account. The public course and calculators are available without signing in.
Create or open your profile
Open the account page and choose an available sign-in method. New participants enter a display name and units; birth year and height are optional. Review the exact details, then confirm creation. Signing in alone does not create a WithMight profile. Returning participants should use the same account already connected to their record.
The private dashboard shows available profile details, weight history and trends, photographs, labs, and source records. A new profile starts empty. Lessons, practical support, and recordkeeping are choices; a goal or daily tracking is not required.
Existing profiles return to their history. New profiles are created only after the exact review and explicit confirmation; retries do not create a second profile.
Bring your record into GPT
The existing WithMight ChatGPT connection is a private pilot. Public app availability is still being verified, so creating a profile does not promise access to that connection. Everyone can download the course file and attach it in an assistant today.
- If you already have access, open the existing WithMight connection in ChatGPT and sign in. Create your profile in the dashboard first, then use that same sign-in account for the connection.
- In a conversation, select WithMight and ask to retrieve your relevant record. Available evidence can include profile context, weights, progress photographs and labs.
- To add a supported observation, review the exact proposal and explicitly confirm it. Only a successful receipt means it was saved.
- On a later visit, retrieve the dated evidence again before asking for an assessment. A conversation’s memory is not the storage record.
The profile contains name, units, optional birth year and height, and focus settings. Supported evidence includes confirmed weights, original photos and their context, and lab data with source reports and dated draw context. Profile creation and control
Sign in → enter minimal profile details → review → confirm → receive a creation receipt. Each account reaches its own private profile. A new account is not linked to another person's record by matching a name or an email.
Setup saves only the details shown in your review. Calculator context, food preferences, meal records, and nutrition plans are not automatically added. Profile editing and account deletion are not self-service controls in this release. Use the dashboard export to keep an ordinary copy of the supported records.
Sign-in choices
The account page offers only enabled methods. GitHub is the established method for existing WithMight participants. Google and email-code sign-in require their own provider setup and acceptance checks before appearing there.
Account sign-in and access to the public website are separate. Anyone can read lessons, download the course, or use the public calculations without a ChatGPT account.
Claude connection: scoped
Claude supports custom remote MCP connectors, including account-linked use on mobile after setup on web or desktop. The existing WithMight service already uses the matching transport and OAuth building blocks. Reusing the same WithMight sign-in is intended to reach the same private profile, with the same record-saving rules. Anthropic’s custom-connector guide.
No Claude connection has been tested or enabled for this pilot yet. The first phase is learning, calculations, existing evidence retrieval and confirmed weight logging. Photos and original lab-report uploads need a Claude-compatible upload path.
Pilot setup and acceptance
- For the pilot, open Claude Connectors, add WithMight with server URL
https://api.withmight.com/mcp, and use automatic OAuth registration. Sign in with the existing WithMight account. Availability depends on the account and workspace settings. - Verify sign-in, callback, token refresh and reconnect. Confirm that two different test accounts cannot retrieve or write each other’s evidence and that an unlinked account fails safely.
- Test all eight lessons and synthetic calculations. Then test existing record retrieval and one synthetic weight proposal with exact confirmation, retry protection and a storage receipt.
- Verify the linked account on iOS/Android. Test returned photograph sizes and evidence limits before promising complete parity.
Relevant requirements: add an unlisted connector and connector authentication. These steps are a test plan, not a claim that the current connection already passes them.
Then preserve originals across hosts
The current photo picker and report-attachment path use ChatGPT-specific interfaces. Claude needs a tested host adapter or a private WithMight upload page, followed by the same exact review and confirmation in chat. A typed lab result must not be presented as a verified original report.
Claude’s mobile interactive apps currently lack camera access, so plan a WithMight upload handoff for original files. Anthropic’s MCP App design guidance.
Planning estimate: half to one day for initial connection and learning checks if OAuth works unchanged; one to two further days for private evidence, weight and mobile acceptance; two to five days for original-file upload parity. These are scope estimates, subject to host testing.
Explore the course in either assistant today
Download the public course file and attach it in ChatGPT or Claude. Ask to study one lesson at a time, explain sources and uncertainty, and choose one practical action. This gives the assistant the curriculum; it does not connect or save your private WithMight evidence.
