Start with what matters to you. Let GPT guide a lesson, explain an estimate, and help turn a food budget into meals that fit your life.
Start with what matters. Explore what would help today and what already works in your life.
Choose the support you want. Learn, think through a meal, simplify a routine, or explore numbers when useful.
Review what helps. Consider comfort, effort, energy, and any progress measures you choose.
If you already use the private WithMight connection, select WithMight in your ChatGPT conversation, or open the connection below and choose “Try in chat.” For anyone exploring the course, download the course file, attach it in ChatGPT, and use the prompt below.
Help me with food, movement, or recovery using WithMight Foundations. Begin with what would help me today and ask only questions that change the next useful response. I can choose learning, a meal decision, simple routines, an optional goal, or detailed planning. Let me skip sensitive questions. Consider tolerated foods, restrictions, budget, time, enjoyment, and household meals. If I want numerical planning, distinguish estimated resting needs, activity assumptions, estimated daily needs, and a proposed eating plan. Identify the source population and weight basis for protein guidance; keep fiber within total carbohydrate. Do not assume I want weight loss or tracking. Ask before retrieving private evidence or saving a preference or plan.
Keep private progress in your existing WithMight app or plugin connection. These page tools do not retrieve health records. Copy a result only when you want to share it in your conversation.
YOUR PRIVATE WITHMIGHT PROFILE
A place to start. Room to grow.
Create a private profile when you want to keep a record you can return to. Explore lessons, make one food decision, or discuss your next useful step with GPT. Goals and tracking are optional.
Create or open your profile
Sign in using an available account provider. New participants choose a display name and units, review the exact details, and confirm profile creation. Height and birth year are optional.
Already have a WithMight record? Sign in with the same account to return to your history. Signing in alone does not create a profile.
Connect the same profile to GPT
If you already have access to the private WithMight connection, use the same account to reach this profile in ChatGPT. Public app availability is still being verified. Anyone can download the course and discuss it with GPT.
To add a weight, progress photos, or lab data, review the exact proposed details and confirm them. A successful receipt confirms saving.
What is saved?
Creating a profile saves the display name and units you confirm, plus optional birth year and height. Supported records include confirmed weights, original photos with context, and lab results with source and draw context. Your signed-in dashboard also shows available historical source documents.
Calculator inputs and macro budgets entered on this public website are not saved to your profile. Existing record exports are available in the private dashboard. Profile editing and account deletion are not self-service controls in this release.
Use the same sign-in account in the dashboard and ChatGPT connection. Disconnecting the chat connection does not itself delete stored records. Copies you share with GPT become part of that conversation.
Can I use WithMight without an account?
Yes. The lessons, course downloads, and public tools are open. You do not need a profile, a ChatGPT login, a weight-loss goal, or daily tracking to explore them.
Using Claude
A Claude connection is scoped but has not been connected or tested for this release. You can download the public course file and attach it in Claude today. Connecting private records and uploading original photos or lab reports need separate acceptance checks.
Eight lessons for adults, taken at your own pace. Explore one lesson each week, or spend longer where it helps. Start with something that matters to you.
Reading takes about 5–11 minutes per lesson. If an exercise would help, allow another 15–20 minutes and try an optional action in your week. Lesson checkmarks are stored only in this browser; your exercise answers stay with you.
LESSON 01 · Purpose
Start with what matters
You may want to understand a health idea, choose tonight's food, feel more comfortable, make a routine easier, or pursue an optional longer-term objective. Start with the support that would help today. Daniel's stage goal is one example. You do not need a goal, tracking, a particular physique, or a shared faith to use this course.
Use one idea or try the smallest useful action if you want. No log is required.
Work with numbers you choose. These tools explain the arithmetic; they don’t prescribe a diet. Your entries stay on this page and aren’t saved.
STEP 1 · UNDERSTAND ENERGY
From resting needs to daily needs
RMR estimates what your body uses at rest. Daily needs also reflect activity. Explore both before choosing a food budget.
Uses the original Mifflin–St Jeor equation, then multiplies by your activity assumption. The original study used male and female coefficients in adults aged 19–78. These estimates can differ from measured needs, especially in athletes. This adult tool starts at age 20 and is not intended for pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medical treatment planning. Learn the method and its limits.
STEP 3 · BUILD A FOOD BUDGET
Build a macro budget
Review your context and the references in Step 2 before choosing protein, fat, and a fiber goal. This form calculates numbers you choose; it does not select personal targets.
The starting values are a separate arithmetic example: 2,000 kcal, 120 g protein, 60 g fat, and 28 g fiber. They are not recommendations for you.
Uses approximately 4 kcal/g for protein and carbohydrate, and 9 kcal/g for fat. Fiber is already within total carbohydrate; do not add it again. Food labels can differ through rounding and fiber energy factors. The 28 g example is FDA’s label Daily Value, not a personal recommendation.
ROAD TO THE STAGE · A WITHMIGHT DOCUMENTARY
An ambitious goal. An ordinary life.
I’m Daniel Nichols—an author, musician, and storyteller documenting a two-year road toward the bodybuilding stage. The bigger story is learning to build strength, eat well, recover, and stay engaged with life as I get older.
